I usually have little trouble with eBay but this is starting to get to me. I'm wondering if it's time to put in a formal complaint to eBay or threaten to if my refund isn't given tomorrow. Here's my correspondence. I'm trying not to be a bitch but they aren't doing much for me. Each letter goes from response backwards down to the original question.

Letter #1:

Checking on receipt, we will let you know thanks

Checking to see, sometimes items are at the post office and not left if there is no one in the office, so we are checking intake log to see if we received it, if not will check po tomorrow.

I'm really trying to be patient here but it's been 2 weeks now since the post office tracking verifies the package as having been delivered to you. I really feel I've done my part in good faith and shouldn't be penalized for someone dropping the ball on the other end. I'd really just like my refund.
