I almost never wear these. Way at the end is the one I wore last weekend. Next to it is a sarong that came past my knees; I wore it until the fabric split. Now I play with ideas of what to do with it: home decor, a flour sack sundress, maybe just hang it on the wall so I can see it & smile without wearing it out more. The fabric remnant works as a headband. The paisley navy/silver was a beautiful match for a formal dress I had tailored & my sister then lost. I occasionally wear the pareo from Hawaii as a swim cover-up, have also worn it as a sash with jeans and draped it over my shoulders while wearing black tank top and stretchy cotton skirt post-swim. The final one looks all watery and lovely, but was admittedly a sales goggles purchase. Clearance sale, no returns. I discovered when it arrived that it isn't silk like I thought. I've never worn it. Sigh. I could maybe dress up one of the fit n flare dresses in the last post with it, in a different life.
