More ankle length polka dot dresses

Hello everyone! A couple weeks ago, I asked if wearing an ankle length dress was acceptable, and I got some great feedback. Most comments from the YLF forum suggested I shorten the dress, which I agree would be a better look for me.

However, I have two more ankle length dresses, and I was just wondering if all of them should be shortened, or maybe just one....

What do you think?

Those are both great dresses- but yes, I would shorten them both to knee length and they will be even more fab!

I agree. I think they will also be more versatile!Oh, I can't believe you have over 40 long skirts! In fact, I can't believe you have over 40 any clothing item. You must have a huuuge closet.

Without a doubt, one thousand percent for sure, shorten your ankle length dresses and skirts. You've got such a fab bod and gorgeous legs! Grace the world with them.

Those prints are so classic! I do agree, though, you will look even more terrific with a shorter hemline.

I think they definitely need to be shortened. I think the current length looks dated. I will say that I can totally understand the appeal of the brown polka dotted dress a la Pretty Woman. I remember thinking there was nothing as wonderful as that look when the movie came out. It makes me a bit sentimental, which of funny since it was only a movie after all.

Sounds like you are finding it hard to let go!!!! Whilst I think you look lovely in your long skirts & dresses, I think you would go from looking lovely to extra fab if you shortened them.

Definitely shorten! I love that you're using Julia Roberts' outfit as inspiration, and I think you can totally pull it off. I think shortening the dress is a must. Classic, but not dated.

When in doubt, it's usually best to shorten the dresses. Knee lengths are oh so versatile, too.
