It's become a family tradition that around my birthday my little family goes for a day out in the Monkey Forrest, a wonderful woodland area where Barbary macaques live in an open and safe environment. This year was no exception and we were lucky enough with the weather on Sunday, so we went to see the beautiful creatures.

Dressing up is easy now, I just pick one thing and build the rest from there. As it was cold and knew I'd need a scarf, it all started from one with animal print. No monkeys though I also needed comfortable shoes which I wouldn't mind getting muddy.

Once again we had spent a beautiful day watching the amazing creatures. This is the time of the year when the babies that were born this year are out and about playing freely, under the watchful eyes of the family members. Every time I go to this place I return feeling amazed with them - the care they show for each others is so touching, the bonds between mothers and babies heartwarming, the protection the fathers give is inspiring to watch.

There's only one photo of the whole outfit and a close up of the shorter haircut too

The rest are the cute creatures we visited.
