Anyone else feel this way?

I have ordered from them 3 or 4 times and have only kept one item which has seen nearly no action. The problems range from a weird smell to my most recent return which is a VERY cute red and white plaid shirt with the strangest arm hole construction I've encountered.

Where is their quality assurance? Sad, cos I find their styles very cute.
