My stab: It fits her well, there is waist definition, she has a long neck, and she's wearing slim bottoms and heels (to make her look longer).

See- I love the furry vest, and have been hunting for one for a year now. But I think the key to them is that they can't have a high neck like that (unless *you* have a very long neck), and they have to be fitted and/or cropped. That's why I haven't brought one home yet, I don't want to look like I am carrying a Baby Yeti around.
