Miz Mooz boots sizing

Are Miz Mooz boots true to size? I have my eye on a pair of Miz Mooz lace-up boots on sale. I usually wear 7, sometimes 7 1/2 and these are only available in 7 1/2. This is clearance sale, so no returns for refund, just store credit. I want to make sure that they will fit before committing to this purchase.

I got a pair this winter, and I'm a pretty straight 7 and the Miz Mooz 7s are a little loose on me, which works if I wanted to actually wear socks with the boots, but I'm in SoCal, so no need for thick socks. I'd say they might run almost a 1/2 size bigger.

I have a pear of MM boots and they are true to size - I wear a 7 and bought a 7. I am able to wear socks with mine.

bella, what is the style name? In my experience, different styles may fit differently (true for pretty much all brands).

My Miz Mooz lace up boots (the style is Margaux, but I think they are no longer available) run a little big. I usually wear an 8 in boots (because I like to have extra room for my bunion and a 3/4 rigid insole) but I have them in 7.5 and they are plenty roomy even with aforementioned insole inside and thick socks.

Keep in mind you have a bit more leeway with lace-up boots to customize fit....they are lovely!

Most of my MM boots are TTS. I have the Myrtles, Ambers, Pacey, Spring Susie, etc and they are all my usual size (7) except for the Pacey's which are 7.5. I tried the Hannahs and they were roomy 7's so I wouldn't have sized up in those either. If the toe is pointy, I would size up a half but for the regular rounded toe they seem to be TTS. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your comments. It looks like Miz Mooz shoes run true to size, and hence this pair of boots would be too big for me. I was looking at Miz Mooz Inkas but since they are not refundable, I think I will pass.
