Miz Mooz?

I have seen the brand Miz Mooz pass by here a couple of times, and every time their styles spoke to me. Especially the ones below which some of you may own ..? Janet, do you own the second pair? I'd love this style in cognac. Am a bit worried that the closed heel might rub.

They seem available in Belgium through some online shops and with a limited selection in a couple of stores. Can anyone inform me about their sizing and comfort level?

I have some ancient Miz Mooz boots, so can't really help with sizing. But I just want to say that I Iove their aesthetic. They are comfy and very durable. Mine are over 10 years old.

I love Miz Mooz! Length seems TTS and they generally work well for my slightly wide, slightly high volume feet. I’ve had heeled and flat Oxfords from them- all quite comfortable, and I’ve easily walked a couple miles in urban areas in both.

I had some cut out oxfords by the company once. The leather was thin, the soles were low and almost delicate with barely any padding, the color was a pale blush-beige, and I paid more than my usual for shoes. My feet were especially touchy at the time. HOWEVER, they were the BEST shoes. Supple, durable, perfect fit, didn’t collect dirt or marks, walkable even with thinner soles, cool for summer office wear, and quality construction. So if those qualities still apply to current models, I think they would be worth a shot.

When I googled them, at least a year ago, Glassdoor reviews came up. I was not impressed and don’t shop their shoes.

I have an ancient pair of Miz Mooz black and white oxfords that are so comfortable and so much fun. They are a brand I should buy again. I like all three pairs you show. The first with the ties may be most adjustable to your feet if you need that feature.

I have some boots and oxfords from Miz Mooz. Like Bella, my pairs are over 10 years old. They are very well made and comfortable for my higher volume feet.

I had a pair of their boots many years ago that were very well-made and good-looking. I passed them along when the style no longer appealed to me, but they seem made to last.

I have a pair of sandals very similar to that second pair you show, but mine were made by Free People. Also really great shoes!

I have some Miz Mooz sandals. So far so good, although one of the leather cross straps on mine (see Find) came loose from its backing. It's decorative, not functional, so I glued it back in place. I also got a small tear where the upper attaches to the sole on the other shoe. I'll be back with a pic. They have 47 wears and are just over a year old. They ARE quite comfortable, though.

I have had good experience with them in the past. They remind me of some of the Spanish shoes brands, like Pikolinos and Hispanitas. I have just received a pair of sandals from them, which seem comfy, but I haven’t put them through their paces yet.

The blue sandals I bought last summer were instantly comfortable, so when I needed new black sandals this summer I decided after a few failed tryons from other brands to duplicate them in black, I’m a fan. I find they run true to size and this style is accommodating to my slight bunion.

Comfortable, fairly good support, true to size, run slightly wide. I have slightly narrow feet, so they are generally a bit wide for me. If you have normal or wider width feet they should work well.
