Missing everyone!

Hi All!
Just wanted to stop by and say I am missing everyone and my YLF time but have been proud of myself to limiting my shopping to my budget (which I find near impossible to do when I enjoy the forum throughly) and have been working on making only "I love it and I can use it for my lifestyle" purchases. Yippee! But, I do miss eveyone and am dedicated to not lurk... if I am going to come by I want to participate fully! But, as we all know, the time spent here can run away with you. Looking forward to see you all more soon when my other obligations slow down....

Hi Sarah, so nice to see you again. I am in the same boat as you. I also find that when I am participating in the forum actively, it is so hard to stick to budget. I am slowly learning that I can enjoy the forum while still limiting my new purchases. I was wondering where you went! IKWYM about the forum and shopping temptation. I spend less time here on account of that too. Glad to hear that you are enjoying your closet and sticking to your goals.

Great to hear from you - I've missed seeing you too. I had kind of a whirlwind shopping period for a while too and have slowed down to more of things I really feel I need and love. I can't help but visit YLF though. I think there must be something in the code that makes it addictive ;-).

So nice to hear from all of you I really dont like lurking because it hits all my shopping triggers without giving the sense of community that participation does. I do really miss knowing what is going on at YLF and with the lovely gals here so I will be exploring how I can engage yet still find my balance. Miss you, too, Sarah, and your fab style! I know what you mean about the forum being a bad place to hang out if you're trying to stay with a budget, though. All the cool things can be so tempting, and I end up hankering for things I never knew I needed!

I love your style and miss seeing you. but completely understand. I keep popping in and out too. and it's not just you. Shannon and Mo and Anna and Claire and Soobee and Kirti and ... so many people feel the need for a break, and it's so great when you pop back in and people greet you like longlost friends. I love that about YLF. I know you do too.
