For those of you who wear/have tried minimizer bras, what size are you and what is your favorite brand? Do you think these bras help make a difference?

I have struggled finding a flattering one, feel like it sort of just "pushes everything to the side". Anxious to hear if anyone else has a good recommendation

I found them uncomfortable. Yes, they helped certain tops "fit better" but more because of how they flattened the girls.

I tried a couple on, but I never brought any of them home. I figured if they were uncomfortable, and in my opinion unflattering on me in the store, I would never wear them anyway.

I might have just had the wrong size/brand, but the sales lady did say they didn't work for everyone.

I used to buy the Olga minimizers, but I hated the big flat pancake mound look it gave my chest. It was like one step better than a true uniboob.

I discovered that the Le Mystere Dream Tisha bra makes my chest look WAY smaller than a minimizer ever had.

My daughter wears minimizers from Soma. It makes such a difference on her proportions! She has had them in 36g and 38ddd.

I wear a 36G and this bra was actually described to me as a "hybrid" minimizer it does not flatten at all and is quite comfy. They are on sale at NAS

Unfortunately we don't have a Nordstrom's where I live, and I would prefer to try bras on in person.

I'm a 34G, so believe me I've tried a few in my day and they all kind of suck, frankly. You lose some...projection, but things just look less shapely somehow and bulky. Maybe my body is just weird, though. (I'm so fed up with it that I'm getting a breast reduction next month).

Marks and Spencer has a fantastic range of minimizers. Just bought one and I look a full size smaller than I do in my Wacoal!!! My sister who lives in the Netherlands turned me on to them!

What Von said uni-boob here too with minimizers. I wear a really firm sports bra when I want camouflage on top, that way I still get the separation & that gives me a better look
