I took a chance and ordered a dress on the MyHabit site, and although the dress didn't work out (I didn't like the fit on me), I was really impressed with the service. I ordered in the afternoon on May 22nd (Tuesday) and the parcel arrived today (Thursday) just after noon. Tried dress on, didn't like the shape on me, and went to the site to indicate I wanted to return the item. Piece of cake! I was able to print off a pre-paid return label and from there, I could locate a UPS drop-off location (there's one within a few blocks of me). Super easy. Very fast processing of my order, lightning fast shipping and a simple return process. I'll definitely order from them again, given that level of service.
