I'm with Claudia. Mountain out of a molehill--if Mindy herself was unhappy or felt slighted, I'd feel differently. She is a cute girl with a cute figure: I actually like the emphasis of the head shot, since she is so smart and funny (rather than a fashion icon, say), this photo actually shows what is the most important thing about her (for once!). Plus she looks gorgeous and not as though they made her skin lighter or anything like that.
I actually find the photoshopping of Amy's cleavage much more odd in the other cover. Her face is so quirky and distinctive, I think they should have done a close-up of her as well. Zoey's retro/hipster/pin-up style is her hallmark, so in that case the full-body shot seems right to me.
