chewyspaghetti - condolences to you, your husband, and the family on the loss of your MIL, as well as the other losses you have suffered this year. I totally get it, having experienced the deaths of 5 family members since 2020. They were all in their (very) senior years…but still.
DH and I are heading to Ottawa, again, to support my mom, etc. at the interment of her husband, who died the end of July, and had a funeral early September. October 30th will be the 1 year anniversary of my father’s passing. I’m wondering if I will ever get out of the mourning state…
