MiH flares opinions please.

Hi all,
These are the Marrakesh MiH flares, they are very long, tall fabbers may love that.
I wanted to check the Love Story Js but those seem to be more lower cut in the rise and back than these.
I folded them under to take the pictures. That would be more or less the length that they would be when seamed.
Do they look to you like flares or like bootcuts? It looks like they lose some flare with the under-folding.
Do you think I should go for a style with a bit more fitting on the thighs? Aida's LS flares seem more fitted on the thighs and look quite fab on her.
The sizing of my MiHs is pretty crazy, I had to go 2 sizes larger.
I have no make-up on and no hair styling, pl excuse that.
As usual, your opinions will be appreciated.

I like them. I sent mine back because I wanted a different wash. But they seemed well made and look like a good fit.

From what I can tell on my laptop they look good, Joyce. They look more like flares than boot cuts to me -- even though you are losing some width you still have quite a lot there. Maybe you can measure the width to see? It all has to do with the proportion on each individual, I guess -- if we are shorter the wider ones might swamp us anyway? I'm not sure.

I like them!
It is annoying though when they don't come in different lengths and you have to fret about PPL as well!

I have the Free People ones but am still debating the whole flare look for me. The FPs did not need hemming which was nice.

Wooohoooo. Definitely flares. They look sensational, Joyce. You can wear a belt too. Go Team Denim Flares. I wore mine all day yesterday because it was sunny and dry.

Suz, they measure 22" un-hemmed and around 20" tucked in 5" which is what I would need for the hem. I don't know why they make them so long.
I had not thought about proportions but you made a good point. I am only 5'5" and I don't want to my pants to boss me around...
Kkards, they are comfortable and the fabric has a nice feel to it. They are 99% cotton and 1% elastic.
LynD, I agree, trying to get PPL is a lot of work and you don't want to go wrong.
AG, I hope the FP ones work out for you. I think you can wear flares very well.
Yay! Thanks, Angie! How fun that the weather cooperated and you wore your flares yesterday! I think I will also be on Team Flares! I will add a belt, thanks for the suggestion.
I took them to my taylor and he can hem them while keeping the original seamed edge. He thought the jeans were well made. He did suggest to try one size smaller because he thinks they will stretch. I went ahead and ordered one size smaller, we will see how they fit and then I will decide on which pair to keep.
Btw, Shopbop honored the promotion price that they gave me on the original pair, which was two sizes down from this one, then on the pair that I showed you and now on the third pair that I just ordered. I must be driving them nuts already but you cannot say that I am not doing my homework...
I will wear these at home for a bit in the mean time to see better about the stretching.
