Metallic slip on sneakers?

I can't find a pair under $100 in silver! I'm also willing to do a snake pattern, but am looking for a silver/grey because I can't get enough of silver shoes. The DVs didn't work out due to fit. Anyone spy a good pair at a reasonable price?

Oh those are really cute! Vans don't come small enough for my feet.... I kept the Beatles pair with an insert because I adore them so, but they really should fit better. But another metallic may work!

Just saw these in the Anthropologie catalog that came this afternoon: http://www.anthropologie.com/a....._RESULTS#/. They are a little more low key than the shiny DV ones you had tried before, but the shape is similar.

I like those Superga silver slip ons from Zappos, too.

Also, I should mention that I got backless slip on grey suede perforated sneakers from Asos. No brand. I think they were $50 or so. I like the way they look but they were stiff at first. Now they are fine and I use them for the dog walking festivities at the end of the day. Can't find them now on the website, but there are a couple of other metallic full sneaker options you might like.

I think it's one of those "substitute" things... you know, like all distressed jeans are not YOUR distressed jeans! I wish the stupid DVs had worked out. I don't want to pay for the Ash ones....
