I have a bit of a glove love for winter and keep an eye out for some kind of contrasting color, or mixing neutrals. Also have needed to update to the "electronic finger" from older styles.
I had not really come across metallic gloves so had not had much imagination there. I just saw these at BR when taking a jacket back and was intrigued.
But, alas, this kind of "moto" style with the cut out back wrist is a) chilly and b) somehow changes the metallic impact, seeing the back of my hand; an also adds more buckling to the fabric, instead of a cool metallic hand (Goldfinger!).
But maybe will inspire me to find others.

Also shown: the BR metallic burlap-y jacket. I liked the color and fabric, but is is short-waisted on me, even sized up a bit. So, not quite falling at the right spot even for skirts and of course not for pants or jeans. It seems to "require more" of the other players in the outfit to work. Still it was interesting to try and the dark but softened neutral is something to look for.
The cut of the pewter tuxedo jacket, while even more shiny, because it's a silvery color compared to this darker gunmetal (which looks bronzy) one, is probably easier to dress up and down, or "toss on" over something..
