Merona Long Sleeve Layering Tees

I was perusing my ad and see that Target has these on sale this week for $7. I bought one at the original price for $10 and thought it was a great deal. I used the blush colored one for layering under my orphan dress/waistcoat. They seem thicker than my ON ones so I'm hoping these will not develop those tiny holes where they rub against my jeans.

I tried one on yesterday. They did seem pretty nice quality- thicker than in past years.

Hmm interesting, I typically use JCrew and Gap to layer with. Target would be a lot cheaper!

I've got a gap to fill in this department. After several years of wearing them holes and all, I dumped them all. The only one I have is a black Lands End that I got late in the winter. I'm hoping these will work out.

I love Merona tees. They are definitely a bit thicker this season. And great for layering. Just wish they had more saturated colors.

not that I can buy any, but would it kill them to make them in a scoop neck or a v-neck? all I see on line is the crew neck.

The colors are kind of hinky, but I did find a pretty purple one to buy, and a couple other colors that I was thinking about. I realized yesterday that the only long sleeves layering T that I have is a heathered gray.

I thought the basic colors were okay although I don't know why they have bright white instead of cream. Red, brown and black look good too. I ended up with the charcoal grey and the blush pink. Khris, that light purple is nice.

Kim, all I saw was crew neck too : ( Maybe they'll come out with a different neckline a little later in the season.

Even the brown was odd- very dark chocolate brown and not warm at all. I liked the blush, and the light purple, but I found a rich plum purple that I bought (one of the few saturated colors that I saw).My stores also had some striped versions. I don't mind that they were all crew neck-that's what I want out of a long sleeve layering T because I get cold.

I'm going to have to check back for the plum. Sounds like it would pair well with brown.
