It doesn't do anything for me, but then again, I also believe that men should be allowed to have more fashion choices. Interestingly, even though there seems to be greater pressure on women to conform to some cultural ideal of beauty, men seem to have much stricter and smaller wardrobe choices. Women have been able to co-opt and restyle almost anything "traditionally male" when it comes to clothing and accessories. Men absolutely can NOT; at least not without getting the side-eye from most people. Generally speaking, men cannot experiment with dresses/skirts, any sort of leggings/hosiery (even skinny pants are frowned upon by many), heels, tall boots, jewelry. Okay, they CAN, but it is not widely accepted.
