BJ1111 posted a few months back that she was coming to Auckland in October. It was hopeful that Sal might get to drive up from Hamilton ( a city about 1.5 hours south) but in the end she couldn’t. I also asked Rose another Auckland Fabber who was busy. So just us two, but we had a blast for about 4 hours this afternoon!
We met in the city centre and chatted for a while, went for a drink, chatted more, then hit shops! Mainly our big heritage department store called Smith and Caughey, because I knew it had heaps of NZ brands as well as international brands. Then we walked down the main shopping street Queen St and into other mainly NZ or Australian brand stores.
I won’t steal BJ1111’s thunder about the trip and I think her selfie of us might be better than mine. But here are the obligatory shoe and bag shots to whet your appetite!
