I'm looking at Angie's Nordie Spring blouse roundup and see two that I'd love to have. Shirt length is always a problem for me. They give the length as, for example, "24 inches from the shoulder". Can someone explain this to me? Is it a measurement from the shoulder seam down the back to the hem?
