Something else I thought of today...I think shoes have a certain sexual appeal to them that toppers don't have. If you like that quality, then I would stick with shoes.

I say focus on both. I associate amazing toppers with your style as much as I do amazing shoes. You also rock the statement necklaces and scarves.

Anna , easy fix. Always be sure you are on the END of the pub booth, legs crossed, feet sticking out in plain view. Or depending on your pub vibe, plop them up on the table! JK!

Stick with the shoes - it is about how you feel not what they see. But it makes sense to consider the upper half standing alone.

Even though your focus has been on shoes, your total looks are smashing. Your top half regularly is interesting on its own - as others have said your hair, lipstick and awesome toppers make a fab across-the-table look.
