Wow, that IS really cute. I'm a little scared of the bustle, as I have a pretty generous built-in bustle :p But for $17 I am very tempted...

Did you look at the pic of the back? It's really just some pleats under the butt area, rather than a true bustle.

I saw, just wasn't sure if the pleats would add too much volume.

That said I have a hard time gauging vintage clothing for size. An 18" bust is a bit big (I'm 33" at the largest point) and the 32" waist is also quite large. But it doesn't have stretch, and it might not be meant to be fitted. It's just so hard to tell.

I'd also definitely need to shorten it, but that's not a big deal.

You can always get it made smaller if you need to- or resell it. At that price I don't think either is really an issue. *nudge nudge*
