Apart from the well discussed jumpsuit, I got another couple of items in May.
Heathered blue cardigan: you may recall my failed attempt at shopping a cardigan in shades of blue through a reselling platform (months ago). I kept looking after that for a cardigan with the updated criteria of being roomy and cozy (while not looking too dowdy). This GAP cardigan has a suspicious fabric blend but I’m willing to take the risk because it’s sooo soft and not at all itchy. The silhouette has a trendy shorter hem and wide tapered sleeves (super convenient over shirts). HEWI found!
The summer top is my third duplicate in a different colorway. These tops are very light and airy and yet structured and modest enough for my needs. The lighter colors are a bit see-through I found but the darker ones are not, so when this one came on sale I pounced.
The shirt I grabbed on impulse when shopping for DS. It’s the perfect ‘borrowed from the boys’ shirt that is secretly cut for a woman’s body. I love the heavier 100% cotton fabric, which drapes nicely and is the perfect weight for mild spring weather (yet to come ☹). Do I dare wear it IRL with a dramatic half tuck?
