I went to the Tulalip outlet mall this weekend (Seattle people will be familiar with the place, I'm sure) because I wanted to buy my first Maxi skirt (er, since the 1970s; I am THAT old). But there were none to be had! What do people think about buying one online; what brand, what style? I know it's kind of an open-ended question (and my first post, so forgive if I break any rules, please).

I'm in my mid-40s and due to some recent weight loss and a new job, am upping my style sense. The YouLookFab site has been my favorite resource. So...what Maxi is good for a middle-aged woman with average body type, who's a hippie at heart — but still wearable to work? Thanks ladies!
