i don't know how to style quarter length for maxi skirt. i want to wear it simple at college but at the mean time i'm scared about the waist line will look like?? my friend said that the quarter lenght of maxi skirt will make us look shorter is that true?? so, then i try to look up some fashion, they just look fine in it, but how??
