Thank you Suntiger. Thats a good suggestion.
Thank you Column, I know what you mean. But I am wary, I recently bought a freepeople dress, and it is long, for me, and flappy around my legs which doesnt feel so great.
Thank you Lyn67. Sterling, I don't think the length is very practical. I like a smaller wardrobe so I need to wear everything quite a lot and having something like this just hanging there would I think irritate me.
Thank you Eva. I am glad you think it suits me. Thank you about the bed cover! It is super useful because I like white bedding, which isn't so practical for cat hair! So it goes in and out of the washer a lot!
Thank you RobinF and RunCarla. I haven't heard the phrase 'wheelhouse' before - it is a good term! Tux is so stylish!
Thank you Angie. Yes, I know, I am feeling the love of dresses! They have matching scarfs and bags in the same print.
Thank you CardiffGirl. Tux is DS cat, and they adore each other!
Will do Joy! Red accessories will look super with it I think. Good suggestion.
Bijou, thank you! I am glad you like it.
Karen13. I know. It is seriously long!
Thank you Mirjana. I did think about shortening it myself, I can sew but I do need bags of patience and need to be well rested to embark on such a mission.
Thank you Gretchen. It chimed well in my heart! Tux is so pretty. Her mum was a Russian blue and her father a street cat.
Thank you Suz, and SaraL.
I took a brave decision and hack 8 inches. The Freepeople dress is a little flappy around my legs when I am walking on the commute, and I think if I had a second dress that did the same, it could be too much. It will still be about freepeople length, may be a little shorter, And longer than some of my skirts. It is back this week, so I am hoping to be on team wear later this week.
Thank you all very much. I am pleased you think it is a good dress for me.
