My interview outfit is still sort of up in the air but I will probably end up wearing the houndstooth jacket (not sure what underneath) and black slacks. But, do I have to wear heels? If I do I'll go find a pair. Will they make me look more professional?
I'm also a total dud and forgot that I should have a portfolio for interviews so my goals have changed slightly to accommodate this. I need to make a portfolio!
I really want the event planning internship because it will be hands on experience that I want and need!
So today's goals are to look through my documents and decide what I want to use in my portfolio and print it out. I need to learn how to put together a portfolio... should it be in some sort of binder or what? I can't believe I didn't learn about this in school.
On a totally unrelated note, I took my new David Kahn jeans to the tailor yesterday because they were too long and I am scared to death he's going to make them too short. He measured them for flats and I told him I wanted them on the longer size, but I have this gut feeling that they're going to be too short. I have such important worries in life.
