How fun! I wonder how the numbers are skewed by shopping habits in those states. That is, how representative the sample size might be in one state versus another, depending on how many people from the state actually shop the Gilt site.
It is an interesting concept, but note that it slices the results into variations of hundredths of an inch. My guess is that the error bars would swamp out any real signal :-/ (And scientists wonder why we never get invited to any fun parties with the cool kids).

Joy, I'm sure Vegas skews Nevada's heel height numbers in some way, probably residents who work / perform in the gaming industry. As for Kansas, you'd think Dorothy's little red heels would have had some impact.
