Many returns and some to keep

My orders have been trickling in!

So far — I didn’t love the cropped Wit & Wisdom jeans, but I really liked the longer W&W jeans - they are below in blue and also in black.

Rails flannel - didn’t love. Fits oddly. Too pricey to keep for not loving it.

Cece magenta top— really liked this !

Halogen raw edge tank in white - not sure ?

Long sleeve purple/red top — I think it is by 1 State. Color looks better in person and it’s very comfy. Not sure if flattering though.

Free People white puffed/ruched long sleeve top. I thought I’d really love this but it fits a bit snug and also is a bit scratchy so will likely return.

AG relaxed straight jeans (seen with grey T-shirt below) — I think they are UN-flattering on me and I’m not sure why. They look boxy. Returning !

Not pictured— Vince Camuto braided flat mules. Uncomfortable— returning !!

Still waiting on a couple more items, and stalking website for a couple other items!

The Halogen raw edge tank looks really flattering. Is there something specific that you're unsure about? Love the short sleeve magenta top- super cute! And, the jeans in 1, 2, and 6 look great. The whiskering on the ones in 3-4 is very pronounced- or, at least that's what it looks like in the pictures. I agree with you on the long-sleeve top in 4- it looks like a good basic, if you need that sort of thing. But, you can probably find something better. Thanks for sharing all your pics!

Kathie-- thank you! The tank-- I just want to make sure I am going to wear it, after wearing sweats for a year and a half! I think I will keep the tank and return that purplish long-sleeve top. I appreciate the feedback!

The CeCe top is the one with the short puffed sleeves? That is super cute on you.

Agreeing with your denim assessments. I like the distressed ones in 3/4 too. Love the ruched sleeve magenta top in 3 much more than the one in 4. Tank looks great and seems like it would be useful in warm weather because it can stand alone. I could see it with jeans, shorts or a skirt. Pretty! Not sure about the long sleeve top—maybe a bit sheer and would prefer more drape like in the magenta one. Thanks for your reviews!

Shevia-- actually they are new but as Kathie pointed out, they have a lot of whiskering that maybe isn't making them look new? I did not even really notice that whiskering until you and Kathie noticed !

Another vote for the tank. The magenta top is also nice. I am not a fan of whiskering on jeans, so I like the pairs that are more uniform in color…both blue and black.

Thank you for the reviews. I like the white sleeveless tank because, as Kellygirl pointed out, it can stand alone or you can wear it under a topper. The magenta top is lovely on you.

Thank you for the reviews! I agree the tank and CeCe top both look great and are my favs of the group. OOC what did you dislike about the rails top (I thought it looked nice in the pic and was one I was considering but hesitating due to the price)

VintageDawn, I have wanted a Rails flannel top for a long time, but as you say, hesitating because of the price. It fits a little snug and I didn't love the fabric as much as I thought I would. I like it, I don't love it, and I am really trying this year to only buy things I really love. But maybe you will love it !

I hear you on only keeping pieces you LOVE. The tops look nice on you, but any tightness in the flannel shirt would definitely give me pause, as sometimes those shirts shrink ever so slightly in the wash. I was eyeing that Halogen tank in the black and white print, but it sold out before I finished cogitating.
