I recently purchased this sweater: http://bit.ly/ZtFHLH and loved that despite its bulkiness and slouchy nature, the rouching in the back made it slimming and added some interest.

I was thinking it would be easily DIY-able and am looking forward to attempting this soon. Has anyone DIY'd a sweater before or done something similar? I'd love more inspiration!
