I cover up some spider veins near my ankle using my regular shade of Covergirl concealer dusted with translucent (clear/white-looking) Dermablend powder. It's OK. I do use it when wearing pants and there's not a lot of transfer, but I choose my pants carefully as I think it will transfer more if there's a lot of abrasion as with close-fitting jeans that end at that exact, same, spot. I was VERY unhappy with the performance of Dermablend concealer--it oxidized terribly and became quite dark and orange on my skin. I second Angie's comment about using self-tanner instead--it looks more natural, to my eye, and does not rub off. But I don't try to keep my legs tanned during Winter, however.
