What a great way to remember your trip! Sweet find. I used to prowl Newbury Street when I was in high school - now it's so upscale it's hard to even look there.

I remember (she says, as she rocks in her rocking chair) back in the day when Newbury Street had a lot of little boutiques, rather than being comprised of mostly the same chains you see all over like Zara, Anthropologie, Converse, J. Brand, etc. Not that they're terrible, but it's too bad when these one-of-a-kind shops get driven out by higher rents. So I wanted Sona to see something she couldn't find outside of the Boston area. Much of the stuff there's not cheap but it's all good-to-high end stuff that's often unique. It worked out great this time. Truly an excellent score.
