What awful, uncaring management. It's obvious that in the current situation, there aren't enough in-store customers (and physically really can't be, with distancing requirements, even if the desire were there for people to shop more in store) to call back all employees and give them the hours they had before. But the way Nordstrom management is handling this situation, as reported in the article, is just despicable. It does make me question my NAS wish list, which is certainly a list of items I could get elsewhere.
