I think Madewell may have updated its website design, Finds aren't working for me currently.

Hmm, I tried clicking on the link in my OP and am still getting the same error when trying to collect. Could you possibly create a Find with that item and attach it to this thread?

You're right, KL. Everything was working fine again (at least on my end), and now we're back to the collector not recognizing individual items.

I'll let Greg know.
