Ok. After spending much time and energy trying to shop yet not super happy with anything, I decided to try the stylists at nordstroms. Just sent in my request. I'm so excited!!!!!

Good for you! I've used a Nordstrom stylist several times and have had a lot of luck. It's pretty fun having someone comb the store for you and bring things to you to try on! It's also a great time to try on clothes that might be out of your comfort zone or that you might not initially think will work for you. Just try it all on and give it a shot! Most importantly - have fun!

I hope you have a great time! I've worked with a couple at my local. The coordinator did a good job of trying to assess who would be a good match for me. Ultimately, I wound up working with one of my favorite salespersons, now also a stylist. I love her! She is as meticulous as I am about the right fit, and I love that she actually once told me, "I'm not going to sell that to you. It's a great dress, but the color is completely wrong for you. You'd hate it after a few wearings." She was right and I was so pleased to walk out without buying that dress, but knowing that I could trust her.

So exciting! I wish I had a Nordie close enough that I could book an appointment with a stylist. I actually get lost in large department stores when left to my own devices! I can't wait to see pictures! Have fun.....
