added a second pinch of salt because i like the sweet salty. i also cut back on the flour and cornstarch a bit to remove the flour flavor from the pudding.

That's so fun!!

Mine has a South African ingredient which makes it harder to make if you don't have the stuff. It also has far less flour and more cream. You were right to reduce the flour!
