Madden denim moto jacket

Here it is, size seems okay but I feel like I'm striking out right and left these days. I am not thinking it's particularly flattering to me, and unless Angie gives it a K rating (which I highly doubt), I am not likely to be won over. I'm also not a fan of the color (kind of a pale lime--not a yellow, but I was warned) and all in all, it's a lot of money for a jacket that I'd rather put toward a nicer item, such as a real leather moto. But my question is, is this a style I should be considering in the first place?

I'm so frustrated with my bustline ruining all the clothes. I know I should be more self-accepting. I just don't think there are any tops or toppers out there that "get me."

I think the fit and shape of this jacket are great on you actually. I'm not sold on the color, it looks pretty neon, and that's a lot of neon. Do you like he color? Are there any other colours?

I am so unsure about moto jackets. They always seem too short to me for pants, and yet I know they are meant to go with trousers.

I am also not sold on the color.

Tis is not a 10 in my book. Closer to a 7-8, at least to my eye. I would return it and wait for at least a 9.

I kept this pic because I have a similar coloured and style orphan, that I bought on impulse, in my wardrobe- if you keep it, just a possibility.
Your wardrobe, that I have seen, is more neural colours too I think so be warned again.
Re style: you can do the style for sure. Think it's a good one for big boobs really.
Re: cost and wear for money- I think go for a real leather in a more natural colour- for longevity too.
Me thinks that you are never going to love this jacket though.

I agree that the style and shape actually are quite good on you! I'm not sold on the color. I agree that this would be great in a less trendy color that plays well with a good bit of your wardrobe.

Speaking of busty builds and motos, well, my secret is that I rarely zip them up very far, if at all.

First of all, your hair looks great! I don't think this jacket is the one, but it is not the moto shape but the color and the exact fit of the shoulders that bother me. The color is not bad on you, but I don't know if you want this to be your one moto.

I like this shaped jacket on you a lot. I think it would have greater appeal and longevity in a more structured fabrication (leather would do that, as well as a stiffer fabric) and different color. You will find the one and know it when you see it.

I also like the shape and style and agree that key is no zipping. I am not loving the colour. I would defnately try this style in another colour

Thanks, everyone. I'm trying not to feel bad and agree that it's not that bad a style for me. I don't like the color (the other color they had was orange--I definitely don't need an orange jacket). It's also kind of bagged out and I would definitely want a structured material....which would logically be leather. Shevia, I agree too that there struck me something was wrong with the fit in the shoulders...maybe not strikingly wrong, but it seems off. (Thanks for the hair compliment.)

Save up for a real decent-quality leather moto, then. Good to know!

Don't despair. First, not a great color. Would love to see you in a luscious fruity color like your almost-dress, if a woven jacket, or a neutral that goes better with your coloring. This might not be "the" moto but one still could work. Also perhaps a bomber, not too long.

Nancy, I was steeling myself but the pictures look GOOD! I don't know if lime green is your color (is it neon?), but the fit is quite nice and flattering to my eye. I actually like more give in jackets with structured style - like knit motos - because of my shoulders.

I still feel (and am) busty after a reduction, but resenting that only leads to frustration. There are many looks I don't even bother to try (halters, spaghetti straps, empire waist) - why suffer? This, on the other hand, works!
