Is anyone familiar with Macy's price adjustment process? I noticed that the coat I bought online about 3 weeks ago went on sale. I couldn't find any conclusive info - some places say 10 or 14 days. I still have the tags on because the weather has been warm and I didn't have an opportunity to wear it, so I could return it and order another one online - it's just a lot of legwork. Would they do a price adjustment over the phone or would I have to bring it to the store? Any advice?
