I placed an order with Macy's April 7th. They split the order into two shipments. I received one of the shipments three days later. The other part of the order, a camp shirt and some underwear, is on a grand tour of the US. I tried to contact someone at Macy’s this morning. I could not find a phone number on the website. So a Chatbot engaged me in conversation, but didn’t understand a thing I asked. Eventually, a possibly real person came on and offered me a refund. Then she said but not for two more days, even though it’s been sixteen days since I ordered these items. I’m afraid this is the future.
