I wore Lucky jeans back in the late 1990s and early 2000s. I hadn't heard any mention of Lucky jeans for quite a while. With declining sales over the past couple of years, the rise of athleisure, and COVID-19, it's no surprise that a filing for Chapter 11 would be the next step. Like some other well-known apparel retailers, the future is indeed unsettled.

Oh, no. These are DS1 ‘s favorite jeans. I’d better try to find some for him. He recently said that the last ones he bought on a trip to the US have holes in them. He also likes their belts.. For women they usually have some nice boho tops

Oh, this is a shame. They are one of the mid-price denim brands that fit me well and come in longer lengths. I’ll be babying my remaining pair.

Lucky Brand Jeans has a good chance of surviving coronavirus and Chapter 11 - it's not going out of business. It's more restructure than the end for the brand.

Instead, this action provides the Company with a significant opportunity to optimize our operations, including reviewing our store leases and other obligations. As part of the voluntary filing, we are pursuing an ongoing sale process that will play out over the coming weeks. Our filing includes an initial bid for the Company and its assets by an investor group. In addition, some of our existing investors have committed to providing Lucky Brand with more capital during this process to ensure we can continue to operate normally."
