Hm. I haven't loved JCrew factory either, and in the past few years I haven't found many regular store items to be worth their prices. Holey sweaters, twisted tee-shirts...I've defected to Boden instead.
In my fantasy world, JCrew would improve their quality, hold steady their prices, and introduce a cut for hourglass figures. Heavenly!
