I am sort of in the market for a coat to replace my disintegrating cheap but so flattering blue wool coat. But other things are a priority first. Maybe if it goes on sale!

I do love this. I'm gravitating towards the navy but that's probably just because I have a couple purply coats in my closet. Very clean and classic. Love it.

I just bought that coat last week in eggplant. It was on sale for $75 for only one day! I got an email and made a beeline to the store to purchase it (had tried it on a few weeks prior and loved it). It's so hard to find petite coats at a reasonable price.

Do you get their emails? If not, I can let you know if it goes down like that again.

I am not trying to go against everyone but (however lovely both colors are)... a navy would be my choice as it is a gorgeous shade of navy and a piece in that color seems to me to be more of a timeless one (I am thinking "a long time investment" here).

I was seriously tempted when I heard about the $75 coat sale last week but I am trying to give up my habit of buying stuff just because it's on sale It is very pretty in the eggplant color!!
