Thank you. It's great to hear that this aspect of YLF is appreciated. We love giving the site a different flavor every month and have fun doing it.
For fun I'm attaching the progression since we launched (the first one is actually the August cover while we were testing). I think we've definitely improved over time, and I've also become more conscious of the fact that people look at the whole picture, not just the bits around the edges.
Of course, there are other special covers for specific posts and some of those are my favorites. There are many associated with Fashion Week, but when we were testing this feature we made covers for lots of other old posts too.
I'm particularly fond of the one we did for a post on my hometown: The Fairest Cape.
