I bought a pair of jeans at the Rack on clearance a few weeks ago. there was a small snag right at the knee. It felt like a little knot of thread. I expressed concern and they told me to bring them back on a weekday and have the tailor look at it. Weeks went by and it finally cooled enough to wear my jeans. That little knot proved to be in a very prominent place. I wanted to snip it, but was afraid a thread would unravel.
Afraid I had waited too long, I went to a different, closer Rack. I really thought they would tell me to go take a hike, but no! The S.A. at the register called the tailor to tell him I was coming back. He came out to meet me, said, "Of course!" and disappeared with my jeans. Seconds later he returned with them, perfect! He had simply pulled the snag through to the other side. Oh, and the best part? No charge!
