As some of you may know, a package I ordered from Nordstroms went missing with UPS. UPS shows it was delivered, but we have searched high and low for it (in the bushes, in the trees, in the backyard) and have not been able to find it.

UPS was no help. In two business days, Nordstrom's has re-shipped my order.

I won't get my watch until next week, but at least I will still get it!!

This is why they keep getting so much of my shopping dollars
