I plan to wear it with skinny jeans, my white tipped black Express jacket, and my black riding boots.

Tanya, you're the best. I had seen the Macys ones, but actually the Kohls is probably the closest to what I'm looking for. Surprise, surprise. I didn't even think to look there.
Same with the one from JCP. I may try that on to compare.

Do you think a hourglass body with D cups should wear ruffles on the placket or no.

I think it's best to try things on. I've been surprised how many things "work" after I try them.
FWIW, I'm a D cup and hourlgass/slight pear.

Happylife, I just found a fabulous "ruffle" shirt at Lane Bryant today, and I am an hourglass D-cup. I think it depends on what you try on, and what you think works for you.

The shirt I found (not really a ruffle in the traditional sense, but it looks adorable one) I am a 16/18 so this works for me -- actually looks trimmer than on the model!
