I wore by new Mexx white blazer today (love it) and a sleeveless Talbots silky top but by day end I was too hot. I work in an office, and I'm the HR Mgr so I need to look professional even when it is 100 degrees.

I am looking for a sleeveless or near sleeveless top(s) for summer. Any suggestions? Preferably online shopping since I live in a smaller city with limited shopping choices.
