Yeah, I'm always fearful of the obvious foundation look. Some MUA's try to cover every variation in my skin tone, and yes, I have freckles and a very prominent age spot on the bridge of my nose. Ain't nothing gonna hide that bad boy, so don't even try. :-/
I did have a MUA work with me when a portrait photographer recently took some shots of me, and she did a nice job. But it was tough to really follow everything she was doing because it was for a photo shoot and not to educate me on products or application.
I keep reading that after a "certain age" we should change from powder blush to cream blush, and I just haven't been able to bring myself to do that. So I'm sure some of my make up habits are just stubborn habits that could stand some updating.
