I've been looking for the perfect bell sleeve top and this is it. I'm looking for one that I can buy in Canada and isn't too expensive. If it's more than $30, I'll ask for it for Christmas.
I do love this skirt as well but I'm re-enforcing my no skirt policy. If it came in pants, I would copy this look in a hot second.
