This coat followed me home last night. After a big closet clean out, I am being very picky about what comes into it. This is a color and length I love, it fits well, and I no longer have any other truly long coats except for my puffer.
I like that it’s classic but modern — the low stance is not always my favorite, but in a coat, I tend to fill in the collar with a scarf anyway, like a favorite one in these pics, which demonstrates how well this color integrates with my palette. I think the long length really suits the flare and bootcut jeans that I am wearing more often lately, as well as the occasional skirt/dress I may wear in the colder months.
This was on a great sale, plus I had Nordstrom Notes, so this cost me all of $90.
Pics taken before makeup — please ignore my face. Side view is misleading — the fit across the back is quite good. Any bunching you see if because I’m twisted around.
Feedback? I want to make sure I’m not wearing sale goggles but I do really like it. Quality is quite nice for the price point!
