I think that I'm having a problem with my computer - but thought I'd check with you also to see if I'm doing something wrong. I just started a thread and at the end of it I had hoped to post my "Finds" - but I could not get the button to function - it was as if it was dead - I could see it, but when I clicked on it, it would not respond.

Also - I tried to collect some items from several websites this afternoon but when I click on the YLF Collect button, a message pops up that I need to log-in to YLF first - but, I'm already logged in! I've closed out all of the pages and tried again - but the same message keeps coming up.

Any ideas?

Hi Marley, I'm not sure about the first problem. That could just be a momentary glitch, but let me know if you see it again.

As for the second problem, several people have reported that when using Internet Explorer. I haven't been able to find the cause, but one way to get around it is to use a different browser. Chrome is my favorite, but many people use Firefox.

Of course, all this assumes you are using IE. If that's not the case, please let me know.

Hi Greg - I'm still having trouble with the first problem - I'm using Chrome. I just tried again to add Finds to my thread and I didn't get a response!

I haven't tried to collect any Finds tonight - but, I realized that the store/website that I was on (Sephora) is not one of the retailers that is connected with the YLF feature. Any chance Sephora can become one of the retailers?

I have added Sephora to my list. I have quite a few to add so it might take a little while.

Regarding adding finds... Have you been able to add finds to your posts in the past, or is this the first time you are doing that?
